George’s services were required at Royal Caribbean Cruise initially as an onboard Safety Officer overseeing all the fire and safety aspects of our highly technical onboard exhaust gas emissions projects. The work involved overseeing from a fire, health, and safety point of view around 40 contractors with constant liaison with ship’s executive team to ensure company policies are adhered to. His considerable experience and man management skills were fantastic and as a result he was promoted to Project Manager where he took control over all technical and safety aspects of the projects.
